  • Health & Metabolic data: Data such as HOMA-IR results, glucose/insulin levels, and selected metabolic focus.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and unique device ID for security and limit control.

2. How do we use your data?

Your data is used exclusively to improve your experience:

  • Personal analytics: Health data is used solely within the app to help you track your metabolic progress.
  • Sending educational content and recipes (if subscribed to the newsletter).
  • Ensuring system security and preventing abuse.

3. Strict protection of medical data

We NEVER sell, rent, or share your health and metabolic data with advertisers or third parties. This data is strictly confidential.

4. Camera Usage and Image Processing

Our mobile app requires access to your camera solely for the AI product label scanning feature:

  • No image storage: Photos taken with the scanner are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on your device or our servers.
  • Secure processing: Images are transmitted via an encrypted connection strictly for instant AI ingredient analysis (text recognition).
  • Strict privacy: Images are not shared with third parties, are not used to identify you, and are discarded immediately after the analysis result is returned.

The Bez zrna website uses cookies to ensure optimal performance. You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time.

6. Your rights & Account deletion (Data Deletion Policy)

In accordance with GDPR and Google Play guidelines, you have full control over your data. Here is how you can request data deletion:

  • In-app deletion steps: Open the mobile app, go to Profile Settings, and tap 'Delete Account'.
  • Web/Email deletion request: Send an email to info@bezzrna.rs from your registered email address with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.
  • What data is deleted: We immediately and permanently delete all personal data (name, email) and health data (metabolic focus, scan history). No data is retained after deletion.
